Large circular shower head

Looking through a few of the latest home interior magazines it was clear that the latest shower trend are these flat fixed shower heads. I installed mine so that it hangs down from the ceiling producing a "monsoon" rain affect. Was a bit weird at first but I'm getting used to it.
