I got my delivery in 3 days from when I placed the order. It came on a special pallet with a wooden support to hold the shower screen on and everything was in perfect condition.
After unpacking everything it was simple to fit and good quality. The handle and profile on the shower door is metal, not plastic like I have seen on some cheap models. The glaze and finish on the toilet and basin are top notch and I am very happy with the products. They look like they should have cost a lot more.Quality
