Having finally located a plumber prepared to travel outside the city to install the shower, I opened the packaging to find the shower tray had been cracked on one side. The packaging was intact and showed no impact damage and so I presume the damage was done prior to despatch from source.

Thanks for replacing it asap though.

VERY QUICK DELIVERY. DIDN'T REALISE IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE CURB SO TOOK ABIT OF GETTING IN, HOWEVER I SHOULD HAVE READ THE DELIVERY POLICY.

Plumber installed this along with the tray and shower unit during one afternoon. Sceptical about the quality I would be getting for the money but it's fantastic. The glass is fairly thick and the doors operate smooth and quiet.

Couldn't ask for any more really, very impressed.
