Small items
Includes taps, shower systems, bathroom accessories and towel rails.
Medium items
Includes some bathroom furniture, shower trays
and bathroom mirrors.
Large items
Includes toilets, basins, baths, shower cubicles, shower trays and some bathroom furniture.

3 small items ordered together will be charged 1 maximum delivery fee.
Medium items:
1 medium and 1 small item ordered together will be charged 1 maximum delivery fee.
Large items:
3 large and 1 small items ordered together will be charged 1 maximum delivery fee.
Small items:
Small items will be dispatched without having been booked in with you in advance.
Medium items:
The courier will call you to organise a delivery slot; your order will be delivered to your door.
Large items:
As with medium deliveries.

Large and Medium Item Deliveries:
We use external couriers and logistics companies to handle your delivery, who are supplied with your contact details. When your items are ready for dispatch from our warehouse, the logistics company will call you to arrange a suitable date for delivery with a three-hour delivery window. It is therefore of utmost importance that you ensure all contact details you supply to us are correct and up-to-date.
We offer two-man delivery for all large and medium orders; these men will then be able to carry the items to any ground floor location.
If you miss a pre-arranged delivery, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge. This is at the courier’s/logistics company’s discretion. The delivery company will therefore not dispatch any orders without first booking the delivery slot in with you.
Small Item Deliveries:
Small items are dispatched without having been booked in with you. If you are out when delivery is attempted, you will be able to arrange a re-delivery, or personally collect the item from the local depot.
Special Orders:
All of our Whirlpool and Air Spa baths are manufactured to order and therefore have a greater leadtime of up to 12 days, so that they can be made to your exact specifications. Nevertheless, we strive to deliver all bespoke orders within 3-12 days.
Collections:
It is possible for you to collect orders directly from our warehouse in Bradford, but please call us to discuss this before you place your order.
Delivery Timescales:
We attempt to adhere to the timescales below as far as is possible, but we cannot in any way guarantee a delivery date for your order or that your order will not slip beyond the below stated times.
Small items should be delivered within 3-7 working days after your order has been placed.
Larger items should be delivered within 3-7 working days after your order has been placed.
Please note that our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday and as such these are not classed as working days.
Special orders may take longer to be delivered. Please see above for more details.
Damages and Complaints:
You have 48 hours from receipt of delivery to notify us via email or fax of any damaged items. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
For larger deliveries, you agree to check the condition of your order and accept and sign the driver’s delivery note only if the items seem in good condition. The courier will wait while you check the items for damage; if they refuse to wait, or the packaging is damaged in any way then please refuse to accept the delivery.
For small items delivered by courier, you agree to open all boxes and check the goods for damage on the day of delivery. Please refuse the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged on receipt.
If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf, you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked, and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they fail to check.
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with the courier/logistics company delivering your order, please let us know and we will report your complaint directly to the company concerned. We highly value your feedback, but please be aware that deliveries are made by external companies and therefore Liberty Bathrooms are not liable for any such problems.
FAQs:
I ordered 3 days ago and have heard nothing; what is happening with my order? / How will I know when my items are ready?
While we attempt to deliver all orders within 7 working days, you will receive no communication from us until the goods are ready to be booked in for delivery. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, the courier or logistics company will contact you on the phone number you supply to us, in order to schedule the delivery. To ensure that this process remains as smooth as possible, please check that the contact details you provide us with at the point of ordering are complete and up-to- date.
Which Postcodes incur addition delivery charges?
Unfortunatly even though we do try our best to give our customers the best possible delivery charges the postocodes begining with the following will incur a slight additional surcharge.
AB, BT, DD, EC, EX, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, SA, TA, TQ, TR, WC
Do I have to stay in all day now until my order arrives?
No, the goods will only be dispatched after the three-hour slot for delivery has been booked in with you. Further to that, the logistics company may be able to call you one hour before arriving with your delivery, meaning that you will not have to wait in all day. Please ensure you arrange this with the logistics company when the call is recieved to book in your delivery.
Do you offer express delivery?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive every day, we are unable to offer express or next day delivery, as we cannot guarantee that your chosen products will be in stock at the time of ordering. Offering express delivery in these circumstances would mean we were unable to deliver orders as promised and would be forced to let our customers down. Due to the fragile nature of the majority of deliveries we don't ship on pallets leading us to use a specialist delivery service. Regrettably we don't offer a next day delivery service.
Can I book a specific delivery time?
Although we currently cannot guarantee specific delivery times, you will be able to discuss your exact requirements with the delivery company once they call you to organise a date and time.
Do you do Saturday deliveries?
No, we do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time.
Will my items be brought into my home on delivery?
The couriers will be able to bring your items into your home, to any ground floor location. As such, you will need to make extra arrangements if your products are required on an upper floor.
When should I book in a plumber?
You are advised to avoid booking in a plumber until all your bathroom products have been delivered and you have inspected them to ensure there is no transit damage and/or missing product.
